Play golf

Hideaway Herdla is beautifully situated next to the third green on Herdla golf course

Herdla golf course is a friendly links course. Taking inspiration from Scotland – the home of golf – and designed and built by Scots, the course boasts sea views from every hole: Hjeltefjord to the west and Herdlefjord to the east. The course has become very popular with golfers from across the region and was awarded the “Best Hospitality 2024” prize by the European golf network Golfamore.

Herdla’s mild climate means that the course is open for large parts of the year.

Guests at Hideaway Herdla can play the course at special rates.

Book a tee time at www.golfbox.no or contact Herdla Golf on +47 482 07 111.

Ready for a challenge?

The 18-hole/basket course is laid out on a former fortified area. Some of it is extremely exposed to the elements, making some of the shorter holes some of the most difficult.
